Palm Plantation Captive Power Plant Water Treatment System
ESP
Using multi-tube dust remover, the ash will be transported manually to the pointed storage, and the slag will be transported to the storage by bucket chain conveyor. Both ash and slag will be transported to palm plantation as fertilizer.
Water treatment system
Water treatment system is designed according to the water on-site and the boiler water requirement. Choose the high water tank for boiler emergency water supply based on the local terrain situation.
Electrical System
Electrical and control system adopt equipments with simple and less failure points. The generator outlet is connected to 420V switchgear. Boiler and turbine generator control are designed to be single loop controller system.
